(**) Privacy Rights are granted to residents of the U.S. Privacy Law States only. They may be exercised as of the effective entry into force date of the applicable state privacy law.
For technical reasons, the Dailymotion Opt-Out feature is accessible only when a U.S. Privacy Law State’s IP address is used to access our Service. If you are a resident of the U.S. Privacy Law State and you don’t see the Opt-Out feature, please contact Support to exercise your rights.

(***) The date on which you can start to exercise your Privacy Rights on the Dailymotion Service.
Any opt-out choices exercised before that date may not be enforced by our Service.

(****) Appeal is examined by a dedicated Dailymotion team different from the one issuing the initial decision.

(*****) Not applicable to Dailymotion (applicability thresholds not met)

The above list is subject to modification. Additional states will be added with the approaching entry into force of new privacy State Laws.
