The following U.S. states have introduced consumer privacy rights (“Privacy Rights (*)“):

(**) Privacy Rights are granted to residents of the U.S. Privacy Law States only.

(***) The date on which you can start to exercise your Privacy Rights on the Dailymotion Service.
Any opt-out choices exercised before that date may not be enforced by our Service.
(****) Appeal is examined by a dedicated Dailymotion team different from the one issuing the initial decision.
