Transparency report on Prohibited Content Policy’s enforcement

Each year, Dailymotion publishes transparency reports on how its prohibited content policy is enforced on the platform, in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).

This report provides insights on how we enforce our policies, handle content moderation, respond to legal requests, and protect user rights. By sharing metrics related to our moderation processes, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of our efforts to maintain a safe user environment.

You may find below our yearly transparency reports. Please note that the transparency report from January 1st to December 31st, 2025 is in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2835 of 4 November 2024 establishing templates for transparency reporting obligations for intermediary service providers and online platform providers under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
